Required Documents for the Leaseholder/Applicant(s) to apply

1) Download and complete the application (one per individual). ( APPLICATION PAGE )

2) $20 Cash Application Fee OR $25 including the $5 Convenience Fee Per Applicant or Guarantor. (Occupant doesn't pay)  → 

3) Employment letter verification on a company letterhead stating Annual Salary, Position and Length of Employment Or a document confirming income.

4) 2 -3 most recent consecutive pay stubs (if applicable)

5) Last 2 years tax returns (First two pages including the signature page and schedule C if available)

6) If self-employed, A statement showing previous earnings AND contracts from your clients proving income and projected earnings

7) Resume, LinkedIn Profile or CV. If none then a detailed Bio.

We do not disclose personally identifiable information to outside parties except trusted third parties working for management.

They assist us in processing applications, conducting business, or servicing you while agreeing to keep the information confidential.

Deposits and Refunds

Deposits can secure an apartment and prioritize your application. We are not responsible if the apartment is rented before we submit the deposit and application. If the apartment is rented before submission, a full refund will be issued.
